Beginning LiDAR delivery check.

Completed LiDAR delivery check. Two points:
- Double check resolution of the low-resolution versions of the screenshots are to the same ratio as their high-resolution counterparts.
- Many of the cliff faces have been moderately mis-classified as noise (probably due to their steepness), but also, much of the noise above water has not been classified heavily enough. Some mountain peaks have also been completely classified.
This dataset may require a lot of manual classification. (Although it may prove to be a very good dataset to develop some new automated classification methods on.) But it might be worth getting a second opinion other than mine on acceptable levels of classification & misclassification.

Delivery check re-done.
- Saw no lower resolution screenshots. Created those myself.
- Classification of the LiDAR looked good as far as I could tell. Must have been a lot of work.
Dataset looks good, so marking as ready to deliver.
