Have copied and edited the eagle nav file VNIR249-12-1.nav to remove some binary / odd chars from the start to avoid aplxml crashing when parsing log files.

Also have converted .txt files to be windows compatible.

Reprocessed LiDAR lines 04 and 15 in ALSPP for Steve Hancock, exporting AGC in Flight ID field and sent via FTP on 12/02/2015

Reprocessed all LiDAR lines with AGC and sent via FTP on 04/02/2015

Created new delivery with updated lidar files (with AGC values) and hardlinks to other files from previous delivery. LAS files are currently not classified.

Reprocessed LiDAR data has been uploaded. JSON files created and uploaded as well and CEDA has been notified (31/01/2018).
