Have copied and edited the eagle nav file VNIR249-12-1.nav to remove some binary / odd chars from the start to avoid aplxml crashing when parsing log files.

DEM looks ok but needed to be renamed which I've done.
Also have converted .txt files to be windows compatible.

example command in hyp_genreadme_config file are not correct in particular the file names do not match the naming convention.
