Completed nav processing. Used DAYR basestation for best result. Could not get red line on combined seperation graph below 0.05m.

Started RCD and LiDAR processing.

Permitting for things like height differences and possibly iffy navigation solution, the pitch and roll values I'm going ahead with are:
Roll: 0.0004592
Pitch: -0.00298

The original 206a-derived pitch and roll values look much better for the short flightlines:
Roll: 0.00023
Pitch: -0.00298

Tim has requested that we interpolate calibration files between the start and end of 2012 for his Ethiopia data. Please use bil_interp.py to generate an appropriate calibration file for this flight day.

Hyperspectral data is ready for delivery checking now that the calibration has been interpolated and processing has been completed. Some delays due to changes to directory locations interfering with processing - possibly the first flight to be processed since the changeover. Every file appears to be there though.

Hyperspectral Delivery check:
- Readme missing from delivery
- Dropped scans in lines: e2, h4, h10
- Eagle and hawk line 8 scts look a little off matching against other lines, but may be as good as it can get.

Ammended readme and remembered to move it into the delivery directory this time. Ready for delivery checking. Didn't do anything for line 8 scts, as that flightline looks accidental anyway, not likely to be needed or used.

Went to convert RCD raw data to tiffs, but found the job had already been done. Awaiting basestation data to proceed further.
