Found SCTs and created final files apart from per line XMLs, which cannot be created until there is a new HS quality report.

Processed ALS files. Strips seem to line up well, no horizontal discrepancy found and an average vertical displacement of 8cm (apart from the cross line in one place).

Delivery checked Hyperspectral. Log file was the hand written one, so I created one using generateLogsheet.py and replaced it with that. No other problems found.

LiDAR delivery check complete. Following issues found:
- Logsheet is the scanned version. Could do with the computer generated version. (Although the handwriting on this logsheet is especially neat I guess.)
- No vectors screenshot in screenshot directory or readme.
- Serious pitch and roll errors, possibly varying. In excess of 1 metre in some cases.

besm has found some rooftops which indeed appear to show large pitch and roll offsets which weren't apparent from the ground height differences. Going to see if there are values which can fix this whilst keeping the other values OK.
In the meantime, putting RCD and HS onto disk.

Delivery checked LiDAR.
- Still seeing notable pitch and roll errors in dataset, they seem to vary between overlaps by quite a bit though. I think the roll errors is greater than the pitch error, but it's hard to tell because of the lack of good control points. See roll-error.png attached.
- .reg file present in flightlines/las1.0 directory, does it belong there?
- Did we decide not to include the vectors overlay screenshot? If so, let me know; if not, it's still not there.
- Logsheet is still the scanned version. Is this the version we want to deliver?

Used following adjusted LiDAR values:
pitch: -0.0031
roll: -0.00132
These values are not perfect but give the best result over the whole collection.
