Those file are supposed to be there according to mark1 (they're for formatting the xml files so they appear nicely in a browser)

I don't think they will get vectors as a commercial project, plus a fast turn around is desired so no time to order and wait for vectors.

Have mentioned the underflows in the ReadMe.
