generate_readme_config.py doesn't get commands when there is no flightline 1 — at Version 2

generate_readme_config.py will not generate the example commands to put in the readme when the first flightline does not exist (aka flightlines are 6-13).

The example commands can be obtained by running gen_eg_cmds.py

This can be reproduced by running 

cd ~arsf/arsf_data/2014/flight_data/malaysia/MA14_21-2014_283_Danum_Valley/processing
generate_readme_config.py -d delivery/MA14_21-283-hyperspectral-20150609 -r hyper -c hyperspectral/2014283.cfg -h

running gen_eq_cmds.py with the correct arguments would solve the problem

gen_eg_cmds.py -c hyperspectral/2014283.cfg -d delivery/MA14_21-283-hyperspectral-20150609 -s fenix -l 06 aplmask
