    7272 * The boresight needs entering into the config file / needs adding to table.
    7373 * Bad pixels remain - will eventually look into a masking routine &/ get a better blinker detection routine from Specim.
    74  * mergeCFSync doesn't work.
    75  * aplxml reports an error in the log file (Cannot import metadata module, exiting...).
    7674 * make_arsf_delivery.py fails if there is a 'cal' or 'blinker' directory in the flightlines directory.
    7775 * Data quality report cannot be copied - is currently being drafted.
