Settings to change to improve combined accuracy of trajectory

To be used in POSGNSS and Grafnav:

  • Reduce elevation mask (to min 10)
  • Change ionosphere settings (top part)
  • Increase KAR1 maximum distance for dual frequency (especially if your basestation is more than 30km away)
  • Process more or less of the flightline
  • Measurement -> standard deviation (change to something that matches the mean of the red line on the graph under CA filter)
  • Lower the satellite horizon - you might do this to accept more satellite if there are an inadequate number covering an area (minimum 5 for decent quality)
  • Cut out sections of the track if they have significant gaps
    • right click on the track and set start/end time in the appropriate places, then reprocess
