Description
Currently obtained via requests to Andrew Wilson.
We may be able to gain access via the Pan-Government Agreement, according to Tony Clifton @ BGS. We need to sign up at http://www.iggi.gov.uk/signUp.php to see if we're eligible.
Steve is doing this.

Status is that the PGA is too expensive. After 2008, we'll need an alternative source of vectors.
Mike has been investigating Bartholomews (branch of Collins), which is available under a CHEST agreement. The general products don't appear to be adequate (1:100,000 or so). We have a sample set of the 1:10,000 images (not vectors) to look at.

Bartholomews was no good (insufficient resolution and coverage, even at the high end).
Seems to be a wait and see on the OS licensing at the moment.

Gary has finally got some movement within OS - they're considering and will discuss after Ethiopia.
