Reprocessing request: HY05/03

Request to reprocess HY05/03 to fix Eagle radiometric calibration errors (see #81). Data is currently with AKW, we'll have to get it from him.

Gary,

despite the studentship being completed the HY05-3 Eagle data are
definitely still of use, as we don't need absolute radiance data for
most of the proposed work. The HY05/03 data are needed to support part
of the work proposed for the later IPY07/13 project, which will involve
comparisons of the performance of different atmospheric calibration
approaches under differing illumination conditions. The plan was to use
the HY05/3 imagery as a "normal operating conditions" reference data.
The same ground targets were deployed for the NCAVEO Chilbolton
Experiment. Is that dataset similarly affected? 

Delivery of the HY05/3 Eagle data is not as urgent as the IPY07/12 & 13
datasets, but if you could get it to us within a few months of us
receiving the Iceland data it would be much appreciated.
