Have renamed Hawk files such that they all start with SWIR prefix. We have a SWIRshvoc02-30208-5.nav but no matching raw/hdr/log

Processed eagle flight line 2, raw data only supplied, copied sevoc02-30208.1-1.hdr to produce a header file, using the gps start time from the corresponding hawk header file and manually calculated number of lines and autostartdarkline.

New header files created for the following flight lines. These have updated GPS start and stop times to correct sync errors, the original header files have been renamed by adding -old to the filename.
- sevoc02-30208.1-1.hdr
- sevoc02-30208.1-2.hdr

Eagle line 2 doesn't actually seem to have any dark frames. I don't think it's anything to do with #218 though, I think it's just that the sensor failed part way through - you can see where the dark frames should have been, there's a discontinuity and it's captured other data in that space. Should probably be reprocessed with dark frames from another flightline.

Given to Jurgen (NEODC) on SATA disk "Linex backup 5" (sic) at PML on 15/01/2010
Eagle Data:
One line with only a raw file (sevoc02-30208.1-2.raw)
Three other lines MAY have all files with them
Hawk Data:
Looks to be 6 complete lines although files have different names. SWIRshvoc02-30208-3.log timestamp matches with shvoc02-30208-3 data. Similarly, shvoc02-30208-1.log matches with SWIRshvoc02-30208-1 data.
