Description
Currently when ground data is taken, it is only held by the PI/team that took it - there is no requirement for this data to be archived. It would be considerably to the benefit of ARSF and future users of the airborne data if the ground data were also available.
This ticket is a placeholder for the issue, which is a decision for the steering committee.
