Eagle files in wrong project.

Eagle files have been moved into GB08_08-2009_268b_Wytham_woods, replaced by the Eagle files from GB08_10-2009_268c_Denny_wood

Hawk files all seem to have the wrong fps rate on hdr files. They should (I think) be at fps 15 not fps 30. Have created copies of the hdr files and edited them.

Lines 2,3,4,5,8,9,10 process ok (with sct offsets).

Lines 1, 6 and 11 don't process well and haven't tried hard to fix them - no runway on lines 6 and 11 so seems little point in wasting time.

Line 7 also does not contain the runway.

All lines are either N,S, E or W - no diagonals flown.

SCT offsets for hawk:

line 2: 0.25

line 3: -1.48

line 4: -0.69

line 5: -0.81

line 8: 0.1

line 9: 0.22

line 10: 0.1

Some small timing offsets may still be present

Hawk boresight values of: pitch=-0.23 roll=0.27 heading=0.0 appear to give a reasonable result given the data quality (high altitude, no diagonals).

SCT offsets for eagle (small errors may still be present in some lines):

line 1: 0.4

line 3: 1.05

line 4: 0.45

line 5: 1.34

line 6: 1.03

line 9: 0.52

line 10: 1.55


line 11: 1.17

tentative eagle boresight values: pitch=-0.32 roll=-0.52 heading=0.26

still moves around a bit but best we can get at the current time. Suggest testing them on some data to see how well they work out.

Re: #281 (Hawk frame rates are double what they should be), the following lines are affected and the .hdr file will need to be edited to halve the fps number:

3/2/10 - Rsynced back to repository, but left processed files out to save space (ie transferred scripts, applanix and other auxiliary files only).

500GB of various sct lev1 and lev3s present in workspace version. Tried to find the files with the correct scts based on figures above but the couldn't find any matches. Deleted all lev1s and lev3s.
