Description
It would be useful sometimes to see the point selected highlighted in some way.

DONE. It is not a persistent highlight, however. It was decided to do a temporary one as that would take the least time to code and would only involve changing one method as opposed to the multi-method and variable changing that would happen if a persistent highlight was made.
