Specific Scientific Objectives

  1. Development and validation of hyperspectral retrieval algorithms for biophysical parameter estimation in preparation for launch of PRISMA hyperspectral mission. These include;

Leaf area indexn (LAI m2/m2)
Fraction of vegetation cover (Fc, %)
Leaf chlorophyll concentration and canopy chlorophyll content.

  1. Test and validation of remote sensing techniques for qualifying water exchanges in the main tree crop species of the Med.

This flight may not need to be processed. The weather was poor and this was re-flown (see #340, day 145). That flight will be delivered to the PI, this may not be unless the PI finds funding for it.

There are loads of base stations all in more or less the same place for this project so the IPAS and Applanix nav processing has not yet been done for this project.

This data has been moved to the archive overflow - I found it (Including RAW files) on the airborne workspace.

Note remember to deliver Applanix data to Pol for TABI processing once we have processed the Applanix.

Lidar Classification - Complete
Eagle/Hawk SCT offsets - Complete
Delivery creation ~ In progress

With regards to navigation processing and the presence of multiple base station readings, we found they were from the same position but with time offsets. An average of the readings was calculated using teqc and used for subsequent processing.
