azspec filepaths too short

Description
The array allocated for the calibration file paths is too short (60 chars). Workaround: symlink calibration to get a shorter path.

Bill has updated the various az programs as part of work order 10, path lengths have been extended to 256 characters from the following program versions:
azsite.225
azatm.336
azimport.232
azspec.123
aznav.228
azgcorr.4911
azexhdf.323
azjps.321
qcdisplay.443
All appear to be working correctly at the longer path length, closing ticket.
