Description (last modified by emca)
Data location: ~arsf/arsf_data/2011/flight_data/spain_portugal/EUFAR11_03-2011_092_HYMEDECOS_erosion/
Data arrived from ARSF via network transfer on 19/04/11.
Scientific objective:
1) to derive spatial information on vegetation, soil and terrain for hydrological model input by combined hyperspectral and
LiDAR data
(2) to conduct a spectral fingerprinting approach allowing to trace back sources and pathways of sediments. Airborne data
acquisition will be accompanied by an extensive field campaign.
Priority: a4h
PI: H. Kaufmann
Sensors:
- Eagle (27/06/2011)
- Hawk (27/06/2011)
- RCD (27/06/2011)

camera ready for delivery check
comment:7 Changed 14 years ago by iopa
Delivery check on EUFAR11_03-092-hyperspectral-20110614;
- dem header needs to have dem path/filename corrected
- quite a bit of saturation in Eagle on the north side of most flightlines and many wavelengths, around the snowy region. In the same region, Hawk saturates in smaller amounts, different and fewer wavelengths.
- dem name in sample command to geocorrection program is incorrect
- navigation file in geocorrection program sample command says *_post_processed_nav* but everywhere else the format is *_nav_post_processed*
- oversample argument for mapping program has been explicitly specified for processing, maybe should include this in the sample command if this is different than the suggested oversampling and would produce significantly different results / much better results than the automatically suggested oversample factor.
Otherwise the data and delivery are ready to go...
after the data quality report is there (and its name included in the project
metadata) and the binary executables are included.

Checking camera.

Camera delivery check ;
- events file is all double-quoty
- photographs have execute privileges
- could turn EUFAR11_03 to EUFAR11/03 in readme first page if tex file available
- rename kml file to EUFAR11_03-2011_092_HYMEDECOS-erosion.kml in the hope that it satisfies the format and gets included in the readme contents, otherwise include it manually in the tex file
- readme needs re-generating so it uses the new template (not long ago updated) with Pitch-Roll-Heading columns of events file
Otherwise all looks good to deliver.

Hyperspectral data has been processed using an SBET from the Applanix data, with the appropriate boresight and lever arms for this.

Mapped files were not present in the hyperspectral delivery. Created the mapped files and a new delivery in order to create as well JSON files for the EUFAR flight finder tool. New delivery and JSON files are being uploaded to CEDA (started on 15/01/2018).
