Generating hyperspectral lines

Eagle line 3 has a strange line along it, will split it up
comment:10 Changed 13 years ago by adbe
Hawk line 7 has stopped a short time into the flight, it does not really cover the region. Possibly not process it
comment:11 Changed 13 years ago by adbe
Phil Goy has updated the hawk line 7 file, it is longer, but is all noise
comment:12 Changed 13 years ago by adbe
Created delivery for LiDAR
comment:13 Changed 13 years ago by adbe
The updated hawk line 7 is the corresponding eagle line with a hawk header and name SWIR*. So it first appeared as noise
comment:14 Changed 13 years ago by adbe
Created delivery, will wait for response from phil about hawk line 7
comment:15 Changed 13 years ago by jaho
Lidar delivery check complete. No issues found.
The data is ready to deliver.

Damaged line 7 possibly recovered (it was a disk error).
The recovered file will likely have some junk data (probably a line or two of zeros in a few adjacent bands) in the first part of the flightline. I think it'll be around line 1318 band 22, but I may have calculated that wrong ;) Anyway, look out for it and make sure it's noted if found.

Processed hawk line 7 (Had to split into two, very high and 0 values 600 lines down, not over main area), created hyperspectral delivery. Ready for delivery check.

Hyperspectral delivery check:
All looks good except:
- Eagle: first and last bands are all black, there seems to be some noise in bands 226-228.
- Hawk: there's a lot of noise in bands 56-65 and 140-150, also some random vertical lines across the pictures in FastQC.
- FastQC shows header file-size error when opening some of the files.

Hyperspectral:
- Mentioned about first and last eagle bands
