Completed navigation processing for ipas honeywell and ipas20 (new system).
Used the honeywell lever arms for ipas20, which may prove to be incorrect, in which case this will need to be processed again.

Created hyperpsectral config and an ASTER dem.

Started LiDAR calibration, having problem with rangecardcal on alspp.

Fixed rangecard cal issue by logging in as emca.
However, once ran, discovered that it could not get values for bank B as the flight was ran in single pulse rather than multi pulse mode.
This probably means another lidar calibration flight is needed.

Eagle/Hawk SCTs
Missing values are due to sync/nav errors.
Note that Hawk is always -0.06 or very close - this agrees with earlier tests.

Problem with bng dem projection missing, solved using assign_projection.py -p '+proj=tmerc +lat_0=49 +lon_0=-2 +k=0.9996012717 +x_0=400000 +y_0=-100000 +ellps=airy +units=m +no_defs ' the_dem-bng.dem
