Found the following prh values:

P: -0.00298
R: 0.00023
H: 0.00033

The roll error varied between altitudes. The value given minimizes the errors.

Best roll value found for 750ft and 1350ft: 0.00029
Best roll value for 2300ft: approx 0.00022

If there is a roll evident in later flights, then perhaps try one of these values.

Re-did range correction analysis as changed prh.

Low:
abs/rms/stddev of elevation error are 0.0389758/0.104384/0.103094 meter. skew is 5.47769.

High:
abs/rms/stddev of elevation error are 0.0502654/0.068163/0.0495653 meter. skew is 2.063.

Finished calibration, apart from a couple of FW checks.

Added new cal file to: ~arsf/calibration/lidar/20120724/2012_206a_calibration.reg.
