Navigation Processing
Navigation processing complete. Error about missing trajectory files in IPAS TC (had same error for most of Malaysia data), good result obtained in IPAS Pro using standard settings.

Fenix Boresight
Found final SCTs:
5 | 0.95 |
6 | -0.05 |
9 | 0.97 |
10 | 0.97 |
13 | 0.97 |
14 | 0.96 |
Found boresight values (using existing lever arms as no new plane survey):
Pitch: 0.14 Roll: 0.12 Heading: 0.20
Line 9 seems a little odd, checking required.

LiDAR Calibration
Updated average (and standard deviation) absolute offsets with GCPs
750 m: 3.2 cm (3,0 cm)
1350 m: 5.8 cm (4.6 cm)
2500 m: 2.4 cm (2.3 cm)
Updated calibration files.

LiDAR Calibration
Redid calibration with the scan angle correction from Leica and updated ALSPP / alsproc calibration files.
Elevation offsets slighly larger than expected but otherwise fine.

Fenix
I'm using some fenix lines from this flight for Autoboresight. To do so I have moved the original processing to flightlines_original and updated the hdr files with the new calibration.
I have also updated the config files to point to the project directory's new location in 2015 not 2014.
