Nav Processing
Have reran the SBET generation with lever arms for GNSS to reference as 0. lever arms for reference to IMU are the values previously used (distance from GNSS to IMU).
RMS of SBET looks good. Z between 0.012 - 0.025m (with one spike at 0.04). X & Y less than 0.016.

Delivery Check
- Readme looks good
- Like the new logsheet, much nicer
- View vector file didn't have Windows line ending (fixed with unix2dos)
- Comparison with Py6S simulated spectra looks good. Couple if pixels where the Fenix spectra was a bit low but other pixels in the same line were good so think just the choice of pixels, which was different from the reference spectra.
- Flightline info looks good, has helpdesk@… as contact email for NCEO airborne ops but I think this is probably better than using an individual email.
- Needed to symlink view vectors to get check_apl_cmd to run due to bug in script but other than that ran through OK.
- Lines all line up well and look good when compared to OS data.
Once files are zipped ready to deliver.
