SwathS, flight day 203a/2021, Pickerton Farm

Starting Nav processing

Raw data includes 2021 203b (#673). Processing together.

Error on import, following warning from IMU Data Continuity Checking:
WARNING: Gap of 3612.3290 seconds in CHECKDT input data

Assuming this is due to the IMU being off before take-off (as experienced in flight 2021 200), will skip import of first nav files.

Will use OS basestations:

• ATTL
• BUCI
• NEWR
• PETE
• SNEO
• STEE
• WEYB

KING basestation did not have data available.

This flight comprises of nav files Default151 - Default193. Will process 2021 203b (#673) data separately.

I think the gap in IMU data causing the above warning is between these flights.

Ignore the previous comment. This flight comprise nav files of default.124 to default.149.

Base stations used:

SBET post processed nav file produced along with GQ report.

IMU lever arms used, reference to GNSS lever arm left as 0, 0, 0.

SBET Z RMS generally below 0.023m, on peak at 0.031m. X and Y mostly less than 0.015m.

Issue getting outflows of band 6 part 0 due to header size not matching file. Reprocessing this line fixed this.

-Screenshots look good
-All bil file size OK and all bands mapped
-The data quality does not correspond with this year (not sure why, it is in the repo)
-Py6S is failing for some reason
-Fodis files not found, can't check the apl commands for now

-Py6S ran fine when connected through VNC, spectral shape matches. Fenix1k a bit low always below 700nm and a bit too noisy under 500nm but no spikes out of place.
Delivery awaiting now further corrections.

-Updated data quality report
-APL commands run OK, the 3 band composite tiff files look a bit noisy, probably beacuse underflows.
With no other major issues, marking this as ready to be delivered.
