Unpacking

• no fps_set in Fenix1k hdr files
• Following nav issue flagged for all Fenix lines in unpcking_checks.py:

  No date record ($GPZDA) found in nav file - will assume it is binary if cannot find a line starting with '$GPGGA' or '
  $PRDID'.

Navigation Processing

Processed in POSPac using OS SNEO as basestation.

Vertical RMSE < 5 cm apart from one spike of ~7 cm. Horizontal RMSE < 3 cm apart from four spikes between 3 - 4 cm.

Wavelengths in headers updated with:

-Lots of underflows
-There is a lot of cloud shadows in the data, probably worth mentioning in the readme.
Everything else looking good so will start zipping files.

Hyperspectral Delivery

Mapped files were zipped correctly. Added a note about cloud shadows in the readme. Uploaded the dataset to the FTP and sent confirmation email to PI on 22/12/2021. Have a merry Christmas!
