Navigation Processing
Basestation data converted to RINEX. All previous flights are also included in the basestation data, so just this flights data needed to be extracted (done with teqc).
GPS and GLONASS broadcast ephermides, along with precise ephemeris data accessed from CDDIS. PosPac could not access these itself.
Completed processing using the single base method.

All calibration files present, no significant frames dropped (other than line 1, has 5 dorpped frames), headers look fine.
Processing to L1b on the grid.

Owl Delivery Check
- Readme looks good but none of the links for SRTM work. Can keep this for now but add as an action to fix later.
- Logsheet is just called 'report.pdf', do we normally give it a more descriptive name. Aircraft is wrong in the logsheet (should be VP-FLB). Copyright at the bottom says 2021, should it be the current year?
- There were aux.xml files in the mapped data directory, removed.
- Aircraft is also wrong in the metadata (should be VP-FLB), also check the navigation system.
- Opened a subset of lines with fastQC and looked good.
- check_apl_cmd was failing as couldn't find DEM. Was just symlinks so copied into delivery directory to fix.
- Alignment for line 20 is off, looks wobbly. Rest all look good.
- Data quality report isn't on the website (not a problem for this delivery, just noticed when following the link in it).
- Couldn't find the geometry files which were requested.
Once problems in metadata and logsheet are fixed and line 20 is corrected good to go.
