run_unpacked_checks.py found nav file errors in all Fenix1k flightlines.

Looking at Ibis data, there are missing dark frames for some lines:

IBIS289-25-9

IBIS289-25-28
IBIS289-25-31
IBIS289-25-40
IBIS289-25-43
IBIS289-25-44

It would be possible to process using dark frames from neighbouring files but with increase in uncertainty of radiometric calibration.
