Flow of processing

First draft:

• azsite: creates new HDF files and populates metadata
• (azjps): import Javad/AT4 navigation (ATM .000 file)
• azspec: Import Specim sync and calibration data
• azimport: import applanix (and other?) navigation
• azatm*2 | azcas2+azcaschk2: import imagery
• aznav: interpolate navigation to match scans
• azgcorr: map L1b data to L3

• azexhdf: dump images, information from HDFs
