Scientific objective:
We want to combine hyperspectral and LiDAR data to detect the spread of the exotic tree Acacia longifolia that is an
"invasive engineer" in Portuguese dune ecosystems.

Applanix data seems corrupted, all files after DCALM.016 are below size or zero byes. Also there are large gaps in the trajectory.

Converted sol into sbet, will need to be processed with lever arms and boresight for honeywell IMU.

Eagle navigation is split over 4 files, these have been renamed:

096-11-1.nav: 098-11-0.nav (data is pre-flightlines)
098-11-1.nav: 098-11-1.nav
098-11-6.nav: 098-11-2.nav
098-11-7.nav: 098-11-3.nav

Eagle files 6+7 are the same line on the logsheet.

Hawk has one less file than Eagle. For the two file line (line 6 on logsheet), the first part is missing from the Hawk.

SWIR098-11.1-11.hdr had an incorrect start time (00:00:00.000).
Have changed so is the same as Eagle and renamed the original file as SWIR098-11.1-11_old.hdr

Delivery check for hyperspectral:

• Line 002 is missing from logsheet (its fallen off the bottom of page 4)
• Do we know what happened to Hawk line 6a other than its missing?
• DEM filename should include project code julday etc.
• File identifier table in readme shows line UL014 as h098278b instead of h098271b
• Sample aplcorr command uses e098011b_post_processed_nav.bil but file is e98011b_nav_post_processed.bil
• Update readme if not including apl user guide and for DEM name change

Data itself looks good. Ready to deliver once above changes are made.

Above fixes made to hyperspectral delivery. Don't have anything to tell them about Hawk 6a except that there is no file for that part of the line, looks like there was instrument problems on this line.

LiDAR delivery check:

Data all looks good.
There is no LiDAR data for line no_fcms - should mention this in readme.
Logsheet is missing a line (bottom of page 4). Should be able to copy the one from hyper spectral delivery instead of re-creating.
