Delivery checked RCD data.
Images are not split by flightline in the readme (due to no hyperspectral data I guess). We should update the scripts so it can use the LiDAR data to do this rather than being dependant on the Eagle/Hawk.
As with 083b (#436), flightline names in KML file are meaningless to PI.

Images have been split by name in ReadMe. kml LiDAR have been renamed, for example LDR-...-01
