proj_tidy.sh - Counting number of files

Description
At present, proj_tidy.sh checks that each file in a delivery matches against one of the regular expressions in the relevant regex file, but if one is missing for a particular flight line, it will look past this. So perhaps a good way of improving this would be to check that, for each mapped bil file in the mapped directory, there should also be 6 files in level1b, 4 in navigation, 1 in line_information etc.
