Dark frame data is recorded separately for this flight. Also means that Fenix data headers do not contain autodarkstartline

Flight was mistakenly listed as part of SwathSense in database, which has been updated.

Hyperspectral Processing
Darkframe data is recorded in their seperate files for all lines apart from line 3. -darkline argument will be needed to be added to aplcor.
Only two darkframe data have header files: flines 1 & 2.

Hyperspectral Processing
Darkframes are missing from raw data. Seperate files containing darkframes are present for all lines apart from line 3 but are missing header files in lines 4 - 8.
Cannot process line 3.

hyperspectral delivery check (part 2):
As there is no line 3 but logsheet suggests that there is, you should add a "note" into the logsheet stating that line 3 failed during acquisition.
Everything else seems OK, so just fix the above items (in the post above) and then should be ready to zip the mapped images.

Archiving
Created JSONs, committed them to database.
Ready to sync to CEDA when they're ready.
comment:20 Changed 14 months ago by wja
Mapped Fenix1K lines were wrongly named '3a' not '3b'. Have unzipped, changed this and zipped again.

Archiving
This is only for processed Fenix1k data at the moment.
Started transfer to CEDA (25/08/23 11:40).
Unpacking
Still need to rename Fenix1k data, there are lots of irregularity with filenames.
Navigation processing
SBET file produced using single basestation (KIRU). Position RMS looked good in POSPac report.
This basestation is ~30km away from take off and solution may be improve by rerunning with the NCEO basestation once we are sent the data.
