Have replaced Fenix wavelengths and submitted to the grid as a test for the recent changes made to APL. Note these are using an "experimental" version of APL in the cfg which will report the incorrect version number and are not traceable. Suggest if all works that we re-process using a new release so that everything is recorded correctly.

Flight was mistakenly listed as part of SwathSense in database, which has been updated.

Fenix1K DC
Started.
-The small window with a map in the logsheet is difficult to understand but that is a fine, this could be a discussion for another time.
-Very low ilumination, solar elevation between 20-27 and it is not noted on the log but I think there is was some cloud coverage that can be seen in over water. Data is very noisy even with bining 8 and integration time~10.
-Related to the above, mostly all bands underflowing except bands 11-50 (from the 333). Please include a note about noise and underflows in the data in the Readme file just to reflect we are aware.
-Screenshots look therefore noisy and in the mosaic can see the different parts of each flight. This is also fine as it is.
-The underflow table in page 6 of Readme pdf need to be split between different pages as it is overwritting the page number.
-There are symlinked "fenix_fov" files under the fov directory (assuming those can be deleted ?). And the viewvector.txt file says fenix rather than fenix1k (seems fenix1K).
-The xml files look good.
The other checks are still running as these are very large files.

All other checks have been run
-Py6S matches in shape just very low radiance due to illumination (6S was failing for one file).
-check_apl_cmd working fine with latest changes. The tif files do align fine as well.
As we can't do anything to improve the quality, just the readme needs updating. I will start zipping the mapped files now.

Archive Complete
PhaseOne has only been provided as raw.
Unpacking
All steps completed, but still need to run the unpacked checks.
Navigation processing
SBET file produced using single basestation (KIRU). Position RMS looked good in POSPac report.
This basestation is ~30km away from take off and solution may be improve by rerunning with the NCEO basestation once we are sent the data.
