Hyperspectral Processing
Wavelengths replaced in Fenix header files. Data all has VNIR binning factor of 2.
All flightlines processed to 3-band RGB.

Created Delivery
Have not included mosaic screenshot as dimensions are too large (flight consists of three very long flightlines after eachother)
Ready for checking

Hyperspectral delivery check:
- All files look OK (other than the noise already mentioned)
- Have removed the fodis directory
Only other point was data were processed using 2 versions of APL 4.0.1 and 4.2.0 for different executables as the cfg is pointing to exes in wja scratch. Might be worth processing one line with 4.2.0 and running cmp to check there are no differences before delivering.

Awaiting Delivery Check
Have reprocessed data with current APL build and recreated the delivery.

Hyperspectral delivery check
There is a line f235d03_part_061b.bil in the level1 directory but no supporting files elsewhere (e.g. no nav, mapped, screenshot etc).
Everything else is OK.

Delivery Updates
Line 3.06 (the final part of the final line) records data after the navigation data ends, there it is failing at APLNAV.
This has been resolved by processing to scanline 64440 (the final scan with navigation data synced) rather than the complete 73182 scanlines.
Added a note in the ReadMe.
