Navigation Processing

Already completed. Have copies processed SBET, basestation and ephemerides into main project location.

Navigation processing used single basestation at Pickle Lake airport.

Boresight Processing

Fenix1k samples need flipping with aplcal -FLIPSAMPLES, also need to specifically give aplcorr the flipped view vectors file with -vvfile. However, fenix1k geoaccuracy is bad, it is distorting towards the swath edge. Investigating.

Owl data is processing to level1b on the grid. Line 9 failed, think a package was missing from the node it ran one. Completed processing locally. Owl data mapped fine, boresight needs work.

Ibis files need renaming, is causing problems with the scripts.

Owl line 5 radiometric cal process failed initially, hence why aplcorr threw an error previously commented. Reprocessed without problems.

There's a timing error on line 9. Lines 3, 5, 8 & 10 used for pitch / roll offset. Lines 1 & 4 used for yaw offset.
