make_arsf_delivery hangs when creating lidar screenshots

Description
When running the lidar delivery script it can hang when creating screenshots (I think it hangs reading the data into GRASS). The problem appears to be caused when processing data with projection which isn't UKBNG.
Solution is to pass in '--screenshotargs 'projection=UTM50N'. Should handle this better (e.g., get projection from 'lidardeminfo').
